1. 服務

Mystory 是由許景評（Steven Hsu）及吳若安（Joanne Wu）（以下稱「我們」）提供的 iOS 日記 App。使用本服務即表示你同意本條款與隱私權政策。本服務目前免費、無廣告、無內購。

2. 帳號

你必須年滿 13 歲才能建立帳號，並對帳號下的所有活動負責。請妥善保管登入資訊；若發現未經授權的使用，請立即通知我們。

3. 你的內容

你寫的文章屬於你。你授權我們為了提供本服務而儲存、顯示與備份這些內容；對於你設為公開的文章，你同時授權其他使用者在 App 內閱讀、收藏與分享連結。你可以隨時把文章改回私密或刪除。

4. 行為規範

公開內容不得包含：違法內容、騷擾或仇恨言論、色情、他人的個人資料、侵害著作權的內容、垃圾訊息或冒充他人。我們可以移除違規內容或停用帳號；使用者可透過 App 內的檢舉功能回報。

5. 第三方資料

書庫與電影庫資料來自 Google Books、Open Library 與 TMDB，依各自的條款提供。本產品使用 TMDB API，但未經 TMDB 背書或認證。這些資料的正確性由來源負責。

6. 免責與責任限制

本服務以「現狀」提供，不保證不中斷或無錯誤。我們建議你定期備份重要內容。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用本服務而生的間接損害負責。

7. 終止

你可以隨時刪除帳號。若你違反本條款，我們得暫停或終止你的帳號。我們若決定停止提供本服務，會提前至少 30 天通知，讓你取回內容。

8. 變更與準據法

本條款若有重大變更，我們會在 App 內或本頁公告。本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。

Terms of Service

1. The Service

Mystory is an iOS diary app provided by Steven Hsu (許景評) and Joanne Wu (吳若安) ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The Service is currently free, with no advertising and no in-app purchases.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for all activity under it. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.

3. Your content

What you write is yours. You grant us a licence to store, display and back it up in order to run the Service; for entries you set to public, you also allow other users to read, save and share links to them inside the app. You can make an entry private or delete it at any time.

4. Conduct

Public content must not contain: unlawful material, harassment or hate speech, sexual content, other people's personal data, copyright-infringing material, spam, or impersonation. We may remove violating content or disable accounts; users can report content from inside the app.

5. Third-party data

Catalog data comes from Google Books, Open Library and TMDB under their respective terms. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Those sources are responsible for the accuracy of their data.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We recommend keeping your own backups of important content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. If we decide to shut the Service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can retrieve your content.

8. Changes and governing law

Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
