我的文章別人看得到嗎？

文章預設私密。只有你把某篇文章設為「公開」，其他使用者才看得到；你隨時可以改回私密。

如何刪除帳號？

請來信說明要刪除的帳號電子郵件，我們會在確認身分後刪除帳號與全部資料。App 內的「刪除帳號」功能即將提供。

為什麼找不到某本書或某部電影？

書庫與電影庫來自 Google Books、Open Library 與 TMDB，收錄範圍以這些來源為準。找不到時可以手動輸入書名與作者。

通知沒有出現？

請確認 iOS「設定 → 通知 → Mystory」已允許通知，以及 App 內「設定 → 通知」的開關已打開。

FAQ

Can other people read my entries?

Entries are private by default. Others can only see an entry you have explicitly set to public, and you can make it private again at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Email us from the address on the account. After verifying it is you, we delete the account and all of its data. In-app account deletion is coming.

Why can't I find a book or film?

The catalog comes from Google Books, Open Library and TMDB, so coverage follows those sources. If a title is missing you can enter it by hand.

Notifications are not showing up?

Check that iOS Settings → Notifications → Mystory allows notifications, and that the switches under Settings → Notifications inside the app are on.
